Buyer network

Applying does not guarantee that you will receive a property, contract, allocation, particular transaction, profit, return, or access to every available property. Property information may change, be incomplete, or become unavailable. You are responsible for your own evaluation, due diligence, professional advice, and purchase decisions.

Calls and email

Submitting the buyer-network form requests a normal live-person call or email about joining the network. That request is separate from SMS consent and does not authorize prerecorded, artificial-voice, or automated telemarketing calls.

Informational text messages

If you separately select informational SMS, Prelium Partners may send recurring automated messages about your buyer-network application, onboarding, scheduling, requested follow-ups, portal access, offers you are discussing, and transactions. Informational consent does not authorize general available-property alerts.

Promotional text messages

If you separately select promotional SMS, Prelium Partners may send recurring automated messages about available properties and buyer-network opportunities, including property announcements, available assignments, and price updates.

SMS program terms

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of joining the buyer network, receiving property information, or purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may select informational messages, promotional messages, both, or neither. Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.

For help, reply HELP or email the monitored support address taorui@preliumproperties.com. A HELP response identifies Prelium Partners, operated by PRELIUM PROPERTIES LLC, and explains how to opt out.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use property information in violation of law or third-party rights. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.
