How we use information

• Review and respond to buyer-network applications and requested follow-ups.
• Schedule introductory calls and maintain buyer criteria.
• Operate the portal and communicate about offers and transactions.
• Send available-property alerts only when promotional SMS consent exists.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, keep consent records, and comply with law.

Text messaging privacy

We use your mobile number and messaging consent information to operate the text messaging programs you select. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Service providers may process this information only to deliver messages on our instructions. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Informational and promotional text choices are separate and optional. We do not infer either choice from a phone number, application, callback request, email consent, or the other text choice. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages or HELP for help.
