We’re solving the liquidity problem for people who need to sell their homes quickly. We’re building our own AI operating system to do it, bringing property analysis, outreach, and transactions into one place.
Our comping and underwriting engine helps us evaluate properties and decide which deals make sense. Our custom CRM manages conversations and follow ups from first contact through closing.
